About this position
What you´ll do
- Conduct laboratory experiments in epoxy chemistry, focusing on aerospace applications such as coatings development and metal surface pretreatment
- Develop and evaluate products to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document and organize results in tables and reports
- Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and high-standard working environment.
What makes you a good fit
- Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, or similar qualification
- Around 3 years of professional laboratory experience, preferably in a setting that requires adherence to high standards of accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of handling, testing, and characterizing chemical formulations is an advantage
- Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
- A proactive team player who can also take initiative and work independently when necessary
- Proficient in German and good English skills
