About this position
What you´ll do
- Manages, coaches and develops the planning team Manages weekly supply chain planning to meet customer requests while optimizing stocks
- Monitors and steers inventory and service levels of all planning areas of the team Represents Planning in relevant local S&OP meetings
- Develops collaboration with key Key supplier and Purchasing to optimize material supply
- Steers the Monthly Supply Review with Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) planned by the team
- Continuously searches for or implements process improvements with sales planners, production plants as well as suppliers
- Monitors and ensures optimal phase-in and phase-out process
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (in engineering/business management/economics)
- 4-5 years of proven Supply Planning experience
- Minimum 2 years of balanced people management experience
- Thorough understanding of full scope of Supply Chain
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Structured, proactive personality with determined team player attitude
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel, advanced SAP system experience is highly desired (SAP APO)
- Fluent English skills
