YOUR ROLE

• Manage HUB material orders and returns with suppliers.
• Supervise the correct execution of orders from centers to the HUB Measure the SLA (Service Level Agreement) of all deliveries to obtain learnings and meet the target %.
• Direct interaction with centers managers for resolution of doubts and communications
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock from external warehouse
• Organize and manage with suppliers the printing of materials and transports
• Ensuring good practices in the centers in terms of safety and risk prevention of the activity
• Ensuring that the necessary actions are implemented and carried out to comply with safety standards in the centers
• Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the centers to ensure that the necessary changes, modifications or repairs are carried out for the development of the activity
• Development of a new SHE methodology that is robust, traceable and optimizes available resources.
• Adaptability for business growth

YOUR SKILLS

• Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• Fluent english, written and oral
• Good analytical skills
• Good MS office (Excel specially)
• Good attitude and motivation for supply chain and logistics Advanced
• Organization and resilient skills
• Own vehicle mandatory
